Hace unos días cambiaba de canal y de repente en Vh1 estaba un video que retomaba el reggae acompañado de un pegajoso ritmo hip hop en la letra.

Claro! era Jason Mraz, un jóven de Virgina, Estados Unidos; cantautor que en su trayectoria ha colabroado con James Blunt y Alanis Morrisette, sólo por mencionar un par.

We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things es el disco que lanzó en 2008 y del que se deprenden I’m yours, canción que transporta a los 80, cuando el reggea despuntaba una vez más y se comenzaba a mezclar con otros géneros.

Perfecto para esuchar cuando:

• Estás enamorado
• Te mueres por alguien imposible
• No tienes ganas de escuchar a Bob Marley
